Finding Diverse Suppliers
We partner with various fortune 500 Diversity and Inclusion Programs who are looking to increase diverse spend. We work with large organizations to better understand current and future initiatives / programs. At Wildflower, we coach and mentor diverse businesses for retail-readiness. When our suppliers are ready (manufacturing, infrastructure, branding, etc) we facilitate strong introductions between suppliers and corporate partners in order to build long term successful partnerships.
Supplier Success Program
We are happy to run a cohort program to work with your prospective diverse suppliers, in order to get them “retail ready,” or at least ready for big business. We understand that while a buyer may love the idea of working with a potential supplier, that supplier might not be able to support large volume orders, yet. With this in mind, the goal of our program is to coach, teach, and train the suppliers on how to create long term, mutually beneficial, relationships based on trust and deliverables. We work closely with each supplier in manufacturing, infrastructure, logistics, and corporate expectations to ultimately make your job easier.
